i done a waffly thing. was a pleasure hanging out with mandi and talking about how i have avoided getting a proper job. apologies to her for picking a walk near a ridiculously busy road! having just listened back to it i realised… as a blathering norbert… didn’t really do my mum and dad justice in how they helped me become the monkey i am today… mums not just a teacher, she`s a fancy professor of psychology … oooh La La… but more than that she`s an awesome lunatic of a human and encouraged the little weird kid who constantly wandered off in search of fantastic beasts and even pretended to be a bear for nearly a whole year to just be myself… so well… blame her… but also my dad who i described as a nutter… well he is but also is an artist, writer, philosopher, photographer, filmmaker bought me my first stills camera and then video camera… and had untold influence on me growing up. in short i owe it all to them. oh, that and the careers advisor who on hearing i liked animals said i could work in a pet shop… or zoo… or vet if i was cleverer. boom. goodbye forever. or until the next series of the podcast when i can talk about dinosaurs! See ya!
