The tale of life in a small English woodland. Charlie and I were always trying to innovate new filming techniques and for the Wild Wood I built a time-slice rig to film song thrushes using stone anvils to smash snails.
The Wild Wood was awarded the Royal Television Society Ward for best cinematography in 2007.
